Quail Summit Community for Seniors, Canandaigua, NY

Chrisanntha assembled the site, design, construction and management team for a not-for-profit Affordable Senior Housing community designed specifically for the aging middle-income population. This Senior Community boasts 3 unique living communities, ranging from self-sufficient senior housing, to assisted living, and more direct care for seniors with cognitive disabilities.

The facility provided 58 independent one- and two-bedroom apartments, 28 assisted living apartments, and 22 memory care apartments with separate dining and social activity spaces.
