      Chrisanntha’s historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of this historic Geneva Masonic Temple into senior living apartments turned this deteriorated structure into a center point of downtown Geneva’s renaissance.

      Quail Summit Community for Seniors, Canandaigua, NY

      Chrisanntha assembled the site, design, construction and management team for a not-for-profit Affordable Senior Housing community designed specifically for the aging middle-income population. This Senior Community boasts 3 unique living communities, ranging from self-sufficient senior housing, to assisted living, and more direct care for seniors with cognitive disabilities. The facility provided 58 independent one- and two-bedroom apartments, 28 assisted living apartments, and 22 memory care apartments with separate dining and social activity spaces.

      Chrisanntha, Inc. teamed with the City of Geneva to develop the site of the Ramada Inn Geneva Lakefront, opened in May, 1997.

      Hampton Inn, Geneva, NY

      Chrisanntha, Inc. partnered with the City of Geneva to rehabilitate 3 city blocks, which included preparations for the 55 room Hampton Inn at the gateway to the Finger Lakes Wine Trail.
